Your Cat Will Benefit From:

  • Individual lined catteries, so each guest enjoys their own private, clean and cosy space, with safety corridors for extra security.
  • Full height doors lead into the sleeping area with no awkward steps or ladders, making it easy for your cat to move around.
  • Outside runs which are covered and protected from the elements so you cat can enjoy fresh air safely.
  • Eco-friendly specialist panel heaters installed in all individual cattery units.
  • To help your cat feel safe and relaxed, each unit is separated by obscure sneeze screens that reduce visual stress and prevent seeing neighbouring cats.
  • Cattery away from the kennels located next to the kitchen.
  • For the health and safety of all our guests, cats must be fully vaccinated against:
    • Feline Influenza
    • Feline Leukaemia
    • Feline Infectious Enteritis 
  • Vaccines must be up to date and administered within the past 12 months (365 days).
  • A current up to date vaccination card must be presented at time of boarding.
  • Homeopathic remedies and treatments are not accepted under licensing conditions. 
  • We do not accept un-neutered male cats over 6 months old.
  • You are required to bring in your cat's usual food to avoid any dietary changes, or upset tummies either here or when they return home. 
  • To help your cat settle in, we encourage you to bring a familiar item from home, such as a favourite toy or blanket.
  • Cats will receive lots of contact from us throughout the day, which will help them settle in and become familiar with us. Each animal is treated as an individual. with care tailored to their needs.
  • We are happy to administer medication (excluding injections), this will be undertaken provided your pet accepts the medication without resistance.
  • We highly recommend viewing our cattery before booking - viewings are strictly by appointment only.
  • It is not possible for you to settle your cat in to their accommodation on arrival.
