- Cats must be vaccinated against feline influenza, feline leukaemia and feline infectious enteritis within the previous 12 months (365 days). Cats must have the required vaccinations for their own safety as well as for the other cats in our care.
- To help your cat settle in, we encourage you to bring familiar items from home, such as a favourite toy or blanket.
- Cats will receive lots of contact from us throughout the day, which will help them settle in and become familiar with us. Each animal is treated as an individual.
- We are happy to administer medication (not injections), this will be undertaken provided your pet accepts the medication without resistance.
- We use only the best cat litter, although we stock quality complete dried food and tinned food, we recommend you bring in your pets usual food, to avoid a changing their diet.
- Purpose built cat isolation facility.
- We want our guests to enjoy their stay to the full, and we will treat your cat as we would our own.
- Although we highly recommend viewings, which are strictly by appointment, it is not possible for you to settle your cat in to their accommodation on arrival.
