We understand that choosing the right kennel or cattery for your pet is an important decision. That's why we invite you to a book a viewing, so you can see our facilities first hand, ask any questions, and feel confident that your pet will be in safe, caring hands. Please note: all viewings are strictly by appointment only.

Do I need to have a trial stay for my dog?
Yes, to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.
All new dogs must complete a trial overnight stay before we confirm any extended bookings.
This helps us assess your dog’s compatibility with our kennel environment.
Ensures a positive experience for everyone, and helps your dog get accustomed to the kennel environment.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, we require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to confirm your booking request.
This deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your pet’s stay.
Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
If I cancel my booking is my deposit refundable?
No, your deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a non-negotiable cancellation fee.
Less than 14 days notice before arrival: You will be liable for 50% of the full booking cost
Less than 7 days notice before arrival: You will be liable for 100% of the full booking cost.
All cancellations must be submitted via email.
Do I need To Bring Food and Treats?
Yes, you need to provide your pets usual food and treats.
We have a fridge/freezer for any fresh, frozen or raw food.
Please ensure there is enough food for your pets stay.
If you use a certain cup/measure at home bring that along too.
Can I bring my pets bed/blanket/crate?
Yes, you are welcome to bring any bedding and toys to make your pet’s stay more comfortable, but this is not a necessity, as we have plenty of bedding options here.
Do I need a time slot for drop off and collection?
Yes, this enables us to spend time with you and assists in smooth and efficient handovers.
It assists in keeping dog and cat customers separate, and gives you more room for parking.
If you need to change your time slot, please let us know as far in advance as possible.
Are you kennels/catteries heated?
Yes, the sleeping areas are heated, when required, to ensure pets are warm and comfortable.
Do
I need to bring in my pets vaccination card?
Yes, vaccination cards need to be shown when you board, showing up to date vaccinations, outlined in our ‘Terms and Conditions’
Help! I can’t find my pet’s vaccination card!
Please ask your veterinarian to email a copy of the vaccination card to yourself.
Does my dog need the kennel cough vaccine?
Yes, we ask that all dogs receive the kennel cough vaccine at least 21 days prior to boarding.
Any dogs showing signs of kennel cough, or any contagious disease will be turned away.
Does my pet need to have flea and worm treatment?
Yes, all boarders are required to be up to date with both flea and worm treatments
Will my dog interact with other dogs?
No, we exercise all dogs individually, unless from the same family and sharing a kennel together.
Our boarders have no physical contact with any other pets staying.
The layout of our kennels provides privacy for each dog and no interaction is necessary
Do you board puppies and kittens?
Yes, we will accept puppies and kittens 3 weeks (21 days) after they have had their second vaccination to ensure full immunity.
We will not accept un-neutered tom kittens over the age of 6 months old
Can I settle my pet in?
No, as it causes distress not only to your pet but other pets that are boarding.
On the day of drop off and collection, what do I do?
We ask that you are on time.
Please do not ring our front door bell.
If you would rather unload/load your pets in our secure courtyard, pull up in front of the gates, we will see you on our CCTV and we will let you in.
What happens if my pet falls ill whilst in your care?
Where possible we will contact your regular vet surgery for advice and treatment, because they will have access to your pet’s full medical history.
We always act in your pet’s best interest, even if we are unable to contact you before seeking vet treatment.
Please notify your vet about your pets upcoming stay with us, this helps facilitate communication.
